デザイン、料理、様々な作業を一人でしていて、さらにその上に子育てもしてる為長引いてしまいすみませんでした！
周りの人からのサポートのお陰様でやっとここまで来ました。もう感謝しかありません。開店しても人生で忙しいので、ぼちぼちと行こうと思います。焦らずリラックスして過ごすのが、エル・ティオの信念です。これからよろしくお願い致します。

Everything from designing, cooking, is all done by myself so it's taking a bit longer than expected, sorry all!
Fortunately I have a lot of support from the people close to me, so I've been able to finally reach this point. I've nothing but gratitude. Even once it's open for business, I'm going to take it slow. Not rushing, but relaxed is a core ethos of El Tio. Wishing everyone the best.
