I've lived abroad for my entire life from America, Hong Kong, Australia, and for the first time, Japan. Having worked in restaurants of varying levels, I grew to love the simplicity of comfort food. Since I couldn't find what I wanted here in Takamatsu, I decided to bring it myself.
